To initiate a return, please send an email to meandreleathergoods@gmail.com with the following details: your full name, order number, shipping address, and phone number.

If your purchase didn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to assist you. Ensuring our customers’ satisfaction is our priority. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your package.

1. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition. If you’re uncertain, feel free to reach out to us for clarification.
2. When emailing us, provide your order number and the same email address used for the order. You can access your order history by logging into your account or searching for the order notification in your email. If you haven’t received an order notification, please double-check your email address for accuracy and also check your spam folder. We’ll make every effort to locate your order in our system.
3. Upon receiving confirmation from us regarding your return, securely package the item, including your order number and a written note detailing our correspondence (or print the email exchange). We recommend using paper or plastic bags as padding to secure the item within the package. Additionally, we suggest opting for Priority Mail to ensure safe return delivery. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss during transit.
